4. Who will be in my care team?

 

Typically, it will be the team at the hospital where your surgery took place that will guide you through your recovery. However, if this is not possible for one reason or the other, than you can choose to be supported by the specialised team at moveUP directly.

5. I am not that familiar with smart phones and I am not sure how to use apps... would that be a problem?

The moveUP app is very user-friendly for all ages and can be used by anybody regardless of IT literacy skills. If you know how to work a TV remote, you will be able to us the moveUP app without any problems. The moveUP app gets 5* reviews (being the highest score).
